As the former Program Director of the International Institute of Bau-Biologie® & Ecology, Vicki Warren undertook the task of reorganizing the structure and course material to re-establish IBE as the premier leader in educating individuals about building healthy homes and buildings. The success IBE realizes today is largely due to this phenomenal effort. Vicki was recognized for her achievements at the April 2008 Building Biology Conference.

In late 2007, IBE formed an alliance with the www.emrip.com

The program has three major aspects - clinical intervention, environmental intervention and long-term advocacy work on behalf of the participants. Since IBE has been working in the Electrobiology arena for years, it is a natural fit for IBE trained BBECs to perform the environmental assessments and intervention work after they successfully complete additional training in health aspects of wireless radiation EMR101 provided by SPPI and a seminar on advanced EMR measurement and remediation lBE 312.

As Program Liaison, Vicki will help to organize, develop and initially coordinate the work between SPPI and IBE regarding the environmental aspect of EMR-IP. This program is being implemented at the request of the suffering public - a need of which we are all to aware. A pilot program was launched in Germany in January 2008 and from that SPPI has garnered a wealth of knowledge and they are tweaking to support a launch in North America in August 2008.

Vicki holds bachelor’s degree in math & chemistry and electrical engineering. Her professional background includes teaching math and sciences in secondary public education, and twenty years in the power industry as a test engineer and trainer. She is a certified Bau-Biologist Environmental Consultant (BBEC), a certified mold inspector (CMI) and a certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), as well as a licensed educator.
